This is part one of my lifesize Nutcracker makeover! I own a home decor store called JD's in Murfreesboro, TN. I wanted to create a really unique and custom nutcracker to sit outside my store! So come along with me as I give the Nutcracker an updated makeover!

These nutcrackers have become so popular that people are buying them in bulk from Walmart and selling them for up to 5 times what Walmart charges. I’m not doing that, so next year, we plan to build our own.
