Amazing! I was diagnosed with MS in January 2019 and have been doing amazingly well with no medication - just diet & lifestyle change. I was looking for recipes for what to do with carrot juice pulp and found your cookie recipe. When I clicked it, I thought "I sure hope this recipe is healthy..." Oh my! Then I noticed your shirt!

All the great MS success stories seem to have a few things in common:

1. EAT PLANT BASED!
2. WORK OUT!
3. MEDITATE!

I'll definitely be reading your book. Please keep spreading the word! 🙌

I admire you Bob. I was diagnosed three years ago with MS and I still struggling recovery my life. This disease beat you up little by little. It's hard share the pain without the pitty or the "you have to learn to live with it".
Seeing you and the path you follow of mind over body give me hope.

I found Bob's story inspiring, read the book and adopted some of his lifestyle changes. I upped my water intake, exercised, meditated and became more mindful of what I eat & drink. After seeing this video I'm reminded there is more I can do. I need to exercise & meditate 5 days a week, up my water intake, move more towards a plant-based diet, cut out more crap and treat this as a fight for my survival! Thanks for the pep talk Bob

Amazing video. Great life story. I am also writing mine. I can say it is really really hard. All I have is my belief that I am going to make it. I am going to leave an amazing story behind.

Hey Bob Sir. I am 19 and I am a thalassemia major patient. I have to go for blood transfusion in every 20 days. But as my age is growing my requirements for blood is growing as well. Last January I consulted a doctor and he consulted me the same treatment as yours. I followed it for a month religiously and I got wonderful result. But now it's getting harder for me to follow the treatment. I have to wakeup early. Do physical exercise for 2and half hours including sungazing and grounding. Have to follow plant based vegan diet. Which is really boring for me. Also I am a student. I have to do everything by myself because both my parents are working. I got to know that to reverse my disease I have to be consistent for months and have to maintain this lifestyle forever. But it's getting harder for me. I am not able to follow this. Because this treatment takes my all time. I am not able to do anything other than this. I wanted to know when you were healing weren't you worried about your other tasks. Because I am worried for my career. I think if I give all my time to health than what am I going to for my career. I will lack behind and all my friends will leave me behind. Also i feel like eating salads everyday is really very boring. What can I do about it? Please suggest me.

Bob isn't one to brag about his accomplishments; He's playing his cello on my song "My Dear Lord, Master of the Universe", and playing extremely well, too! Glad to see these videos still coming. I am now taking the wrappers of packaged foods that are 90% sugar and salt, and sending them back to the CEO'S of their companies and writing giant WARNINGS ON THE U.S. MAIL so that our postal employees too, can "spread the news." We are all sick from and of, these packaging processes! Yep, faster than trying to reach someone at the Food and Drug Administration; sent a few wrappers to THEM too, to show we're not waiting for them anymore; WE have to take this food situation into our own hands, folks!

I've seen your story the first time last year and thought, Wow, that's great now, I am happy to have come across it again 😀!!
If you don't mind me asking??? What foods do you eat??..

As I did listen in one off your videos - you consulted naturopath. What did she suggest - no parasite cleansers and detox therapy’s, ?

Thanks for posting this. I have been following you for over two years and your story really helps with my life and my problem.
I have a question if you have time to answer it. I know that you did multiple treatments liek the water cure, fasting and meditation but what which one of these do you owe more than the others in your recovery? Thanks

They should be more cautious about using words such as cure and victory. I know someone who was in complete remission from MS for over a decade, but after a while the lifestyle changes stopping working and this person is now on an MS drug. By the way, what MS drug was Bob using all those years ago?

Hello! I was diagnosed with Ms almost 6 years ago. I have read the Wahls Protocol, the Autoimmune Protocol, Overcoming MS, and followed your story. I find you very motivational, and would like to follow your example and beat my MS. (I would love to play my bass trombone again someday). I have a question for you though. All of those books, including what I've seen you say, discuss the importance of eating an organic diet. However, I haven't seen any evidence proving organic fruits and vegetables are better than "regular" ones. Frequently, there isn't much of a difference between the two as they aren't regulated well. Do you find eating organic to be a large part of your recovery? How do you make sure food you eat actually is organic? Have you ever thought of releasing your story as an audiobook? Thank you for sharing your journey. 💙😀

Hi Bob. Could you please clarify if you have ever been tested for Lyme disease. Before the MS diagnosis or when you got your MS diagnosis? Thanks in advance

Sir please help me with any advice I was recently diagnosed with a little known condition called visual snow which is believed to be curretly incurable, it impacts my vision and it's so much distressing. Could you help me find anything that could potentially reduce/eliminate the terrible symptomes associated with this condition ?? I'm a student and everything in my life relies heavily on vision.
