Endo atmospheric stage has 50-50 chance in intercepting any projectile coming at you at Mac 10 or more... it's very difficult to intercept anything at the terminal phase and therefore rightly coined as Terminal phase

All this talk is capability in terms of technology. The capability to execute is available only when production, deployment, maintenance and replacement is done at scale. That is a tall tall order when it comes to China. We need to get there.
