The next person to be placed on trial for murder has the perfect defense now. "I was just performing a late-term or after birth abortion." The victim has no say in whether they're killed or not... They just have to accept that someone killed them after a botched abortion. If their mother and the doctor who performed the delivery isn't available then there is no grounds for prosecution.

It's so funny to read the comments on the view. Everyone hates Meghan. Because she tells the truth. The hosts cut her off CONSTANTLY. They don't let her speak because she is the one who generally has valid points to make.

I have been sick to my stomach and traumatized over this just being considered. I can't believe this is even being discussed. These children feel pain in the womb when being ripped apart during an abortion, it's not surprising they want to leave them to die after being born.

If the baby is severely injured from a botched abortion, can't he be placed in children's hospice (yes there are pediatric hospices) to be made comfortable until he passes naturally? Otherwise, what kind of life will he be subjected to living with those awful injuries? Seems like a decent solution to me.

It was hard to hear so I listened several times...but did that lady (not McCain) say, "do what us best for the baby"? If she did, was she implying that no medical help should be given to a human baby who is actually born?
