Well, cats are liquid, and slime is a non-newtonian fluid, so they can indeed interact with each other. However, they do not mix well.

Listen, Cats can walk on pretty much _anything_ as long as it doesn't actively hurt them. But like most animals, they avoid unknown terrain or at least test it out carefully before going over it. If you would lay this in a passage in your house that would mean the cat _has_ to pass, it would do so - reluctantly and carful at first and after a while with ease. It just needs to know that it is _safe_ . Also this looks like terrain that isn't fully stable which cats really don#t like because it keeps them from moving as efficiantly as they would want
