1:13 I understand that the lack of water pressure meant that hydrants ran out of water. I understand the high winds prevented aerial fighting tactics. But I do not understand how the gas was still flowing through the mandatory evacuation zones. Can someone explain why they can’t shut down the gas remotely by neighborhood? Why was the reservoirs emptied out and who authorized it? Why was the fire department not notified they were empty? How did fires break out in so many different areas? Why was millions cut from prevention methods as well as the fire department? Why did some insurance companies cancel policies four months ago? None of that makes any sense. Officials and who ever else is involved needs to be held accountable period. It's looking like this was planned way in advance. I pray not but there needs to be valid answers for it all and not BS cover ups. The fire victims are Americans regardless of political parties who deserve the truth. They were completely failed by their governor and mayor.
