I've been a Metallurg Magnitogorsk fan for many years and Mozyakin has just been an incredible player to watch.
Not that he's doing a lot of flashy plays or so, but he's just.. there, passing or being in the perfect position to score.

Great video! This guy has been a beast his whole career. Would have been cool to see him play with Rick Nash on those Blue Jackets teams. He could have made a bit of a difference on that teams performance no doubt

As someone who is a big fan of the KHL from Canada, its always great to have videos like this to learn more about the legends who aren't as talked about over here that play over in the KHL/RSL

Those numbers in a league that doesnt average that many GPG is insane...

Thid dude was treated like a king, playing in his home country, and being a man amongst boys. I think one of if not the main reason is also the huge untaxed dollars he made in Russia.

KHL imo is pretty interesting with what they do. Like with All star games

The way you end sentences is HILARIOUS, why do you stretch out words like that? Hahahahaahah reminds me of the "burger king foot lettuce" guy.

I"m a simple man. I see an OMR video, I watch and like.

Also the reason he was drafted so late, as well as some other Russian guys who dropped. Can be attributed to the difficulty that teams had getting guys to sign. Malkin took time, so did Kucherov, and many thought Vlad would never go to the Blues

Imagine what could have been if he decided to come over after the lockout with Columbus or (if his pick was never traded) Florida

I am amazed at how much the KHL has progressed in its short time in existence. I feel these kind of stories will become more common

I like Odd Man Rush's narration. This is a great video documentary on this player. Interesting story.

Update: They lost to Avangard Omsk and future Blues star Klim Kostin.

Edit: Ilya Kovalchuk is on Avangard too.
Edit 2: And Nail Yakupov lol

Ive always loved the way he plays. He would be a decent (50+ points) player, if he came over. Always followed the khl!

You end your sentences with an inflection similar to that blind piano virtuoso, Derek Pavarancini
