I did a quick Google search, apparently it would take 10 million players approximately 54, 000 years to see every planet 😂 🤯

yup knew all them facts. nice to see some of them brought up again. . . here is one you did not mention. the layout of every galaxy is the same but it is random. where and how the stars are distributed is something called the base seed of the game engine. i heard in a interview once that sean murry said he used his cell phone number as the base seed of the entire game. and if you can find it, to give him a call.

another interesting fact. is the game engine itself. it was based on cryogen but its been so heavily modified that it became its own things developed by hello games.

also some cool facts about the super formula and how they had to stop using it. then they pretty much made their own version, but now dont use it even though they can now legally.

Just started playing. Pretty amazing game. I would like to see an alliance/ guild feature for players. I think space battles with players' guilds with capital ships frigets and fighters piloted by players would be pretty fun. I also build the max ship ports at all my bases. Ships will land there. I've come across 2 exotics that way.

I chuckle when people talk about how big the universe is in the game and you can never see it all. Sure that's true, but try finding a system someone else hasn't already discovered. :)

You could probably discover and upload every planet in a few million years if you use freighter tech.

To determine how long it would take 8 billion people to discover 18 quintillion planets, we need to make some assumptions about the rate of discovery per person. Let's break it down:

1. **Total Planets:** 18 quintillion (18, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000)
2. **Total People:** 8 billion (8, 000, 000, 000)

### Assumptions
- Each person discovers one planet at a time.
- The rate of discovery is constant.
- We'll calculate the time required for each person to discover one planet and then multiply it by the number of planets to find the total time needed.

### Calculation
If every person discovers one planet per unit of time, then:

- **Planets per person:** \( \frac{18, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000, 000}{8, 000, 000, 000} = 2, 250, 000, 000 \) planets per person

So, each person would need to discover 2.25 billion planets.

Assuming each person discovers one planet per second, then:

- **Time per person:** 2.25 billion seconds

Convert this to years:

- **Seconds per year:** 31, 536, 000 (approximation, considering leap years)
- **Years per person:** \( \frac{2, 250, 000, 000}{31, 536, 000} \approx 71.4 \) years

Therefore, it would take approximately 71.4 years for each person, discovering one planet per second, to discover all 18 quintillion planets.😊😅😢

It would take you longer to explore just . 01 % planets then our universe has been in existence after the big bang . Now that's just Nuts, 🥜😂

I literally just started the game today for the first time ever. So far, this game is just stellar... Pun intended. I have no idea how to find star bases though 😅

Wouldn't the planets not rotating seem like something that would break the immersion? 🤔

Its funny although some promises were not kept.. i enjoyed from start .. quirks and bugs but nothing breaking and I enjoyed hunting for lush planets and fun things and unfolding the sci-fi story

The rotating wasnt the issue the planets actually orbited the sun in closed alphas

Don't get fooled by hype there's no point in exploring in this game once you visit 10 or less planets you have seen entire universe this goes for animals plants and basically everything in the game not sure why hello games get so much praise they can't even fix capes smh
