Live Bird Feeder and Wildlife Cam HIGHLIGHTS - Week of 05-14-23

Two red-headed woodpeckers come to the feeder at the same time. A brown thrasher makes a quick appearance, and a tiny house wren stops by to scope things out. The baltimore orioles continue to come for jelly throughout the day. On one of those visits a female oriole arrives with nesting material. It's fawning season and there are several pregnant white-tailed deer in the herd including "Blitzen". The red fox has been on the hunt each day.

Whenever I hear birds in my garden making the sounds like in this video when the fox is around, I know there’s a predator. He did look like he was interested in a turkey dinner, didn’t he?
