Easy. Did the problem and got it correct without explanation. The hardest part about math I’d say is just reading the problem correctly.

Thank you. That 74 mL of diluent was throwing me off. This is the only one I got wrong on a quiz that was timed and I couldn’t figure out what to do with what was provided! I appreciate what you do!

Hello I’m having a bit of trouble figuring this one out: Order : Amikacin sulfate 7.5mg/kg IVPB q8h in 200mL D5W to infuse in 30 min. The vial reads 500mg/2mL. Calculate the flow rate of this aminoglycoxide antibiotic drug in mL/h for a patient whose weight is 144lb. please help

what about if you were going from mL to tbsp? I posted below a question im currently working on. Thanks!

Doctors order: Magace oral susp 160mg po bid.
Directions: add 100 mL of water and shake. Each 0.5mL will contain 10.7mg of Megace. How many tbsp of Megace will you administer?
