I know the refs have been ridiculous this year. But, I still don’t get the point of complaining to the refs. Do you really think they’re going to change their mind if you go up to them and complain. The only time I’ve seen it work was when the ball bounced out of bounds on Russ’ shoe and Lebron whined and sailed so much that the refs reviewed it and gave it to the Lakers, even though their original call was correct

It doesn't make a difference if you agree or not with the first technique, the ref is still the authority on the court, you can't just stick your nose in his face to complain and try to intimidate him. Did Pat really think this would help or did he just lost control as usual?
