Timeless hymns have blessed me so much. Revelation 21 tells us how beautiful life will be for those who embrace the wonderful love of God through trials, pain, sorrow, every hardship of life. All of this will be over. There will be that eternal light that our finite minds can't even comprehend. So, let's live with that promise of that eternal light inviting us home.

Beautiful hymn and encouraging for those who know the Lord. I just recently discovered that its writer, John R. Clements (1868 - 1946) was born within miles of my own birthplace in Ireland. He was brought to USA as a young child and wrote hundreds of other hymns.
