Let’s get out of the ordinary today and make a “créme brûlée” with passionfruit 🥰

🇬🇧 Recipe:
📝 Ingredients:
⭐️ 3 large passionfruit
⭐️ 125 ml creamy coconut milk
⭐️ 2 tbsp icing sugar
⭐️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
⭐️ 1 egg yolk
⭐️ Vanilla sugar/ Vanilla extract @hayfene
When serving:
⭐️ Sugar

▶️ Instructions :
1- Split the passionfruit in half and scoop out the pulp. Save the shells.
Mix passionfruit pulp, coconut milk, icing sugar, cornstarch, egg yolk and vanilla extract in a blender.
2- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat (do not boil) until the consistency becomes a little thicker.
3- Fill passionfruit shells with the mixture. Store in the fridge for 1 hour.
4- Before serving, sprinkle some sugar on and caramelize the sugar with a culinary torch.
