Thank you for this advice. My doctor put me on this medication but told me nothing about side effects.

I have been prescribed Omeprazole, 20 yrs ago for acid reflux.
Since then, (2)hyadle hernia repairs, & Emergency Navel Hernia.
Difficulty, healing, strains, sprain, arthritis w/increasing joint pain.
Also, lung damage from ammonia and fermadihid gases.
I am doubting, if this is a my best medication after all these complication
