You can use any type of chili that you enjoy, I personally use the one you add on fruits called Tajin in stores. It gives you a lemon and chili powder combination. Also I'm not a fan of cojita cheese it tastes like parmesan. So my favorite is Mexican crumbling cheese called Queso fresco. The corn I use to give it a sweet taste is actually a microwavable super sweet corn by steam fresh or signature brand, of course fresh regular corn is the best but not everyone has time...🌽 Add butter and mayonnaise enjoy! 😊
