A Special NDPS court has refused bail to Aryan Khan, son of actor Shahrukh Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, in the cruise ship drug case. S

Special Judge VV Patil pronounced the order The NCB arrested them on October 3, following a raid at the international departure terminal of a Goa-bound cruise the previous day.

They are booked under sections 8(c) read with 20b for purchase ...27 for consumption of banned substances, 28 for attempt to commit offence, 29 for abetment slash conspiracy and 35 for presumption of culpable mental state of the NDPS Act...this after six and five grams of charas was allegedly seized from his friend Merchant and model Dhamecha respectively.

The ASG argued that Aryan Khan was a regular consumer of drugs, and the contraband found on Arbaaz Merchant was for both of them to have quote unquote blast on the cruise. The NCB also claimed that prima facie Aryan Khan has a role in illicit procurement and distribution of contraband and his chats indicate an international

The NCB mainly relied on Khan's WhatsApp Chats, the raid seizure panchnama, and two disclosure statements under section 67 of the NDPS Act

The NCB has relied on the case of Showik Chakraborty versus Union of India, where bail was denied for procurement of drugs, despite no recovery from Showik

I fail to understand, NCB does the work as a duty with honesty and risk.
The political and vested interest call it a biased and revengeful selective action person/community.
Other end, the court gives decision on the merits of the case.
Now, those against NCB indirectly by their word and action seems to abstractly means they don't trust the agencies, courts and support crime.e and criminals.
Now, already the HM, COP are absconding after commiting a crime.Many more will be qued now in near future.

All those rejoicing on Aryan's arrest, understand this... This is not an incident in isolation. The film industry churns money fast enough to consume this material. If this large consumer base goes away, guess who the sellers will target?

I dont know what to say, sorry for what's happening but at the end it saves a life, many young people r dying from overdose , it's a blessing in disguise , sorry for sharukh but it is a lesson to everyone, that is to show others rich or poor cannot be above the laws, I blame the parents and I understand everyone is working but God knows best, it's a warning
