The saddest red card is by far Zidane against Italy. It was his last match ever, a world cup final, and he ruined France's chances of winning with a red card. His last moments in the footballing world and his chance to win another world cup with France was ruined because of that headbutt. Very unfortunate

I think if the keeper unintentionally handles the ball outside of his penalty area, unless it’s DOGSO, should be caution at most and definitely a DFK. Especially if the keeper was attempting to play the ball legally and there was a deflection which caused the ball to strike his hand.

These are hard to judge for us at home, but as a referee, I can tell you that it’s much easier to see these things from the field. Kind of a “well duh” statement and definitely stating the obvious but it’s still true and some people do not consider it.
