I like how it makes burr more in the right to call the duel since he mentioned his dead wife and it would make the line “this man would not make an orphan of my daughter” make way more sense this and the dear Theodosia reprise would've made this make way more sense for his character that or I'm just a burr glazer

I looove the way Leslie Odom Jr. says "intemperate indeed", it's both buttery warm and full of growing anger! and then when his tone changes to ice cold and staccato at the end, especially when he says "GUNS, drawn", it's so chilling! what an amazing musical theatre actor.
