Alex's channel has that weekend wrenching automotive nostalgia that brings me back to my younger days when my dad and I would watch automotive wrenching shows on the weekends together. RIP dad!

Leave the V. In the old days, it was a badge of honor to brag about using performance parts from other cars. It meant that you were an expert forum search guy lol

DSM, Fast, Reliable in the same intro. I about lost my breakfast on that one! DSM=Daily Service Maintenance. This is chock full of memberberries! I had a 1995 Talon TSi AWD back in 2006ish making around 440hp to the tire. Haltech standalone (using DOS!), 25 lbs on a PTE SCM-61, 880cc injectors, 6 bolt swap with 90 big rods, JE pistons .040 over bore, Cyclone intake, comp 272 cams. Tokiko 5 way adjustables, Baer big brake kit riding on some Volk GTC's. Crank walk, boost leaks, popped couplers, fried piston rings, cracked manifolds, always something, but she was my first love. John Shepherd was our DSM hero! Got fed up with the nagging from my ex-wife and sold it...then got rid of her too. Should have got rid of her first.

I swear LSC posts are the highlight of my week. This has to be one of my favorite channels on YouTube. Thanks for the amazing content Alex.

30:00 having done a BBK similar to this. The holes in the rotors are larger than the studs so there is a gap & play, meaning the rotor will slam into the stud, then start braking. I'd suggest finding a small enough diameter metal tube that fits over the new stud & between the rotor then cutting them to fit the gap.
For the kit I did 1320 Performance actually sold a "limited" run of stainless-steel inserts.

Messing with my OCD that you just casually put the Center caps on not lined up to the spoke with the logo on it!!

Dandelions are some of the first available flowers for bees to use for food energy after a long winter. Leave the dandelions and give our little pollinator buddies some help.

15:00 "I actually totally did that on purpose to like show you guys what would happen if YOU 🫵 left a line or a fitting loose, because I (scoffs) I would never do that 🤞" 😂😎

BAAAH! I just ordered a Sunday kit 3 days ago. If I had just waited!

Undercoat got sandblasted from being in the desert. My Nissan has a similar look to it being a CA car.

Starting my career in CA where I am from, then moving to OH, I had to completely relearn how to take things apart. The torch is your friend here. We didn't even have a torch in the dealers back home.

When working with brakes if you want to stop the fluid from leaking out, use a brake pedal depressor to hold the brake pedal down and the brake fluid will not constantly leak out. You’ll of course get some fluid initially leaking, but it’ll stop. I used to do it all the time when messing with the brake system on various types of vehicles.

Loved the DSM Talon/Eclipse AWD 2.0 Litre turbo cars from the nineties. I use to own a 90 Eagle Talon TSi AWD that was modified from stock. I changed the whole exhaust system from turbo back with a 3 inch stainless steel mandrel Buscher Racing exhaust. Boost controller, upgraded fuel pump, fuel injectors, ACT clutch, upgraded intercooler pipes, blow off valve and so forth. Car stayed stock appearance wise, except if you saw the exhaust system from the back of the car. Loved the power it made to all 4 wheels when accelerating. Surprisingly, I did get great fuel economy close to stock when driving it normally. I did get 389, 000 kilometres on the original engine and turbo. Miss that car.

I've been super excited for this update! Especially considering Japanese cars aren't generally in his wheel house! And my two favorite cars as a teen were the Trans Am WS6 and Eclipse GSX.

That ad transition was very smooth. Love lawn care. Love wrenching on vehiculars. Love when both worlds collide! The Fast and Furious reference was hilarious. I love this channel lmao.

I don't care that I was in the middle of another video that was good, I still clicked off to click on this one!

These videos are always enjoyable for me to watch, listen, and learn. I think its my favorite automotive channel. I like Matt Armstrong's builds too. Between the two...I tend to watch the others less consistently these days.

I absolutely love this channel. So much quality content. Alex is super cool and relatable. I had to say goodbye to my dog yesterday and am taking it really hard so i really appreciate this distraction. Ive been really excited for more on the gsx.

You can do that break swap on most mustangs too something that i see that could be a problem that spacer isn't located in its position if the wheel doesn't hold it in then its sure to back out and vibrate the lugs loose im sure you got it handled
