The poem and drawing were lovely, very bittersweet.

This was a painfully lovely video. Love the artwork. And the reading was beautifully done.

And most parents think kids can handle learning all the bad stuff about the world at a young age from the internet.

Its a balance. I think parents should work tirelessly to keep evil from their children, but also allow some bad in front of their eyes. They should be protected, but not cocooned. Allow them to problem solve when they see bad, but step in and shield them when there's evil. Give and take. Nothing wrong with wanting to sell them on life with good experiences and examples. Make sure they don't believe all the world is good though.

This poem immediately made me cry and I'm kinda mad about it, like I wanna glare at this Maggie Smith person for the audacity. But your artwork is lovely and the work and the words go together very well.

I love both the poem & poetry ❤😢 it’s sad and so beautiful ❤ I’d love to purchase this if it is on your website? Reminds me of when I was pregnant with my now almost 10 yr old girl ❤❤

I respectfully disagree. They need to know that bad things can and do happen sometimes, and then how to manage feelings about it thats how they develop into functioning adults.
I was constantly told everything was ok and lied to that we basically live in the garden of eden and nothing bad ever happens, even tho i can see and i understood, ya know?
Gaslighting a child to not believe what they can see is wrong. Different to just not informing them about worldly goings on, but if they see it (likely in this world now days) then address it

Why would you ever want to subject your children to the world described in this video? Like, you could also just not have them and spare them the pain of slowly discovering all the horrible things you kept from them.
