Great video, music drowns your voice a little bit though

Ireland was not a participating ally. The Republic of Ireland was neutral during WW2.

The list of Allies omitted Canada. There were more Canadian pilots than American or French.

Why use a modern map for a WWII video? And outline Russia as the Ussr w/o Baltic or Slavic countries

This shows how determined, courageous and brave the British army and airforce was. I'm proud to be British 🇬🇧

Britain and England are not interchangeable terms

England didn't fight the battle of britain. Britain did. The answer is in the name. Pretty arrogant to ignore the Scots, welsh, and Northern Irish, to say nothing of the foreign contingents who also fought in the BoB, like the Czechs, Poles, Canucks, even the yanks (Eagle Squadron)

The 147 Polish pilots claimed 201 aircraft shot down. 303 Squadron
claimed the highest number of kills (126) of all Allied squadrons
engaged in the Battle of Britain.

The battle of Britain London Monument lists 112 Canadians who fought in this battle. Of those, 23 were killed. Canada was a major training facility for new pilots from all over the Commonwealth.

Not too bad for a starting channel

You have my sub. My advice are the following:

-Speak up and lower music volume

-Try to learn the correct pronunciations especially when it comes to aircraft types

-Use correct aircraft models. This will easily peeve air enthusiasts off. The planes in question being your Spitfire and the Stuka

And most importantly:

-Do more research before hand. I'm aware that it's watered down on purpose and support your style, but if you skip too many details you'll be constantly corrected by aviation fans and historians.

But that's just my opinion. Take it or leave it. Enjoyed your video and hope for more

Goddamn it it's the United Kingdom not just England! I'm so tired of this conflation; my grandfather didn't fight in the war to have his country's contribution overlooked -_-

Data is wrong.

Germany + İtaly Lost 1977 Aircraft and 2585 crew members were killed.

RAF and her allies lost 1744 aircraft among with around 1500 crewman.

UK only had a minor edge. The data you gave in video makes it look like they had a decisive victory.

Right first things first, Britain not England. I'm English btw, and it's wrong and just plain rude to ignore the other countries. Secondly, you say the hurricane shot down more planes, but there were far more hurricanes built in the war that spitfires.

At 1:06, USA is listed at the top of "participating allies" but Canada is not included at all even though more than 10 times the number of Canadian pilots fought against the Nazis in the Battle of Britain than Americans.

Ironically had the Germans not attacked England they would have probably have had better success in Russia. They really needed the airplanes in Russia that they lost over Britain.

"United Kingdom and her participating allies." Canada didn't make your list. Well done.
