I think she’s walking that awkwardly and stiffly because she’s cold. Underweight people are usually always cold, and the fact that she doesn’t have much covering her would for sure make it worse.

Sadly I think she was trying to emphasize just how skinny she is by putting her extremely over thin arms out. Also I think she does a lot of things just to get attention. It’s sad.

I would assume the main reason for this posture is the immense amount of pain she's in and that her balance is deteriorating as well
