Greg is legitimately concerned, and no matter how anyone tries to spin this narrative, this message will save a few lives. People need to understand that the comment Mike made about knowing what he's doing was said under the influence of steroid abuse. It's not an accurate statement but one fueled by the side effects of steroid abuse. NO ONE WANTS TO DIE EARLY.

Mike's a big boy. If he wants to do steroids, that's on him and I wish him the best. But if coach Greg can do these videos and save one 15 year old kid who decides not to do steroids because of coaches videos, then it was worth it.

Keep preaching it Greg!

Steroids are no joke. I'm in my 40's I took steroids for 7 years. In 2015 I got hurt deadlifting, took me out of the gym, went to the hospital and 2 surgeries later, I had to accept I would never be the same again. My body fell apart, I gained weight faster then I could ever imaged. I became insulin resistant, my body never regained it's ability to make natural test. I can't have kids. The effects of steroid were far greater then anything I ever thought would happen. I now have to take T shots for the rest of my life. I am a smart man, I did research at the time, however everything I found online always promoted the use, rarely outside of a poor quality documentary did I hear how bad steroids were going to be. And I thought as long as I avoided any oral steroids, I would avoid all the negative effects. I appreciate what Greg does here. Too many men don't hear what they need, due to the amount of people that cover for the use and abuse of the steroids.

Mike's not even 40 yet? Wow. I thought he was over 50.

To put it short:
So Mike is shortening his life and Nippard is just shorter than last time?

Shortening your life for a beauty pageant is dumb.

Greg really grew on me, over time I was able to see that the dude cares and will say what most are thinking.

Greg’s doing the right videos, doesn’t matter if people hate on it.

Rare Greg W. We need Dr Mike around for as long as possible

He's chasing a dream that won't come true, he doesn't have the genetics/physique to get a pro card either way. Sad to throw away his life for that when he could just help people with his training advice.

Divorced my wife this week for a chance with Greg

Dr. Israetel's unwise use of these substances is a cautionary tale that no amount of intelligence or academic credentials ensures that one will act rationally. Despite how much we think that a high degree of education will act as a bulwark against foolish decisions, what Dr. Israetel's actions prove is that much of what motivates us is driven by insecurity and things that are utterly emotional.

I respect your integrity. You don't play favorites and always speak from the heart. It is refreshing.

Coach is spot on. I’ve come to care about Mike in my own way (he’s helped me become a much better trainer for my clients along with Greg) and I feel like I can see Mike’s pain in his face in recent interviews. I think he’s emotionally hurting. I agree with Greg

From a practical perspective, Mike Israetel simply doesn't have the genetics to compete. He's not symmetrical enough. He may get the card based on size and prestige, but he'll never win
