This is certainly my favorite Floyd song, which is to say it's one of my very favorites among everything ever. I'm still not fully satisfayed with this version, it has some mistakes, but I decided to stop promising to make a better one and just post it. The recording was made live in Ponta Grossa, Brazil, on June 3d, 2016.

Essa é sem dúvida minha música preferida do Floyd, o que quer dizer que é uma das minhas preferidas dentre todo o resto. Ainda não estou totalmente satisfeito com essa versão, ela tem alguns erros, mas decidi parar de prometer fazer uma melhor e finalmente postá-la. A gravação foi feita no Centro de Cultura, em Ponta Grossa (PR), em 3 de Junho de 2016.

Congratulations on capturing the essence of Echoes. I used to think that Floyd’s middle-era tracks would never be covered by other musicians, but renditions like yours show that their music lives on and will live on. Echoes began as a medley of disparate parts (hence the album name), yet as your interpretation demonstrates, it coalesced into a glorious whole. Rick Wright produced several outstanding masterpieces, but in my opinion Echoes was the greatest of all – with contributions of course from Gilmour, Waters and Mason. It is a hymn to Life on Earth.
