Kenny cooks every version of Miguel up until S4 Tournament Miguel. If you disagree then just remember that the students get significantly better once they learn both styles of Miyagi-Do & Cobra Kai and Kenny has known both styles since S4, plus he was able to keep up with S5 Hawk & Robby briefly, and blocked attacks from a serious Robby in S4. So while he isn't as strong as S6 Miguel, Robby, & Hawk, he is atleast able to scale to their S4-5 selves while S1-3 Miguel would not scale to any character in S4-6.
