After watching this one I think they are all in on it, except the person going in. Like the girl wanted to change so they put her through extremely traumatic events meant to provoke the parts of her psyche she needs to surface in order to truly make a change. Kinda like going through a fun house except this is for spiritual/physical health and alignment. The beginning questionnaire is performed to figure out what kind of experience is needed. The older Italian man runs it.

i do think at the end it will turns out to be a vr experiance and no one is actualy dead but they will just wake up from the vr after their death, that's the only explanation i can come up with since there is alot of peopes still comes willingly to participates despite knowing that thers alot of peoples who goes there and never comes back, so peoples does come back but with the condition of never telling what really happens in the pit after they wake up and if they disclose what happen there they will be forced to come back, also i feel thats the only explanation to the hellucinations happening by the end of both movies, its likea vr malfunction or somthing

Garbage movie. First half intriguing, but the second jusf nonsense. Put the same characters at the end from the first movie, which serves no purpose.
