This the perfect ride cymbal. Pingy enough to ride on, but can used as crash when needed. Time to add that to my wish list.

After trying many rides I finally bought this one and it's amazing! I was worried that the bell would be weak and that it wouldn't be that good as a main ride for hard rock but it's excellent! The bell is very cutting, much better bell than on the K Sweet Ride or 20" A custom ride. I have used it for hard rock gigs where it cuts good through the mix and I have used it in musicals where I really need to play quiet and it works perfect! Probably one of the most versatile cymbals on the market

I use this baby alongside my 20" K and 22" K Custom Sound Lab Prototype. It makes for a beautiful jazz ride, and an epic crash-ride for all other dynamic levels.

Nice cymbal, i use it as crash, it's pretty loud, so it's good for harder stuff like metal or hardcore

Zildjian Avedis series Deep Ride 20" and Sweet Ride 21" are to me the best ride cymbals from that series. Still enjoy playing them both.. To bad they discontinued production of Deep Ride.

Just got the Sweet Ride. Couldn't decide between the 21" and the 23" but I eventually went with the former. Can't to play with it!

Why do cymbal demos always have jazz ride patterns? I could be looking for a 16” crash and I’d most likely get a jazz ride pattern on it before the actual crashes. I get people play jazz, but less is more. Thanks.

There's one thing missing in my opinion: playing the cymbal on the edge with the "body" of the stick. Great ride cymbal anyway but the "test" is not complete.

Hah this sounds nothing like my sweet ride. Mine is much more mellow and soft. I love my sweet ride. Definitely my fav cymbal :)

Is this a lower tone than 21 inch anniversary ride (A custom) I want a dark tone right crash but nothing less then a 21 inch

I don't know why, but I don't like the sweet ride. It's too warm sounding for my taste. I love the crashability on it, but the bell is really lacking the ping and high-end that I like on the bow. I like ping rides.

Would not recommend the a custom ping to anyone. Way too loud.
