With the 30th Anniversary of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers taking place this year and the Anniversary Episode - Once and Always - about to air, it felt like the perfect time to reflect on the most mainstream versions of these morphers produced by Bandai and Hasbro.
Join me on a whistle stop tour comparing these morphers while we try to work out which is the most tv accurate and which is the ultimate champion of morphers.
These are all based on the dino power morpher featured in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (MMPR) and then used throughout the franchise whenever one of the original Rangers is brought into the show - such as during Power Rangers in space when Adam morphs back into the original black ranger, forever red when Jason morphs into the red ranger, operation overdrive, beast morphers, power rangers ninja steel...the list goes on!
Created by Ninjor and provided by Alpha and Zordon, these morphers give access to the morphing grid in the war against Rita, Zedd and all of the other evil monsters,.
