fun fact: the revolver Emet-Selch uses in that cutscene is the Machinist arm you can get from Great Gubal Library normal mode and is called the Pre-Imperial Garlean Revolver.

I love how the music fades away when g'raha is not in focus/is shot, meaning he is in-universe blasting tomorrow and tomorrow from his body while giving the speech

One of my favourite things about Emet throughout shadowbringers wasn't just his charm and character but that he watched Lahabrea confront us *twice* and fall, Nabriales confront us and fall, Igeyorhm confront us and fall. So when he finally confronts us he doesn't just do so with reasoning and a desire to observe us and learn from us....he does so while packing a 38 inch, high calibre revolver under his coat.
He could easily just snap his fingers and blast a mass of energy or something but nope, he wasn't taking chances, he brought a gun. No bullshit, no trickery...just a gun.

I usually main machinist, but I capped it during Shadowbringers so I switched to monk and decided that my Deepgold Revolver had been irreparably damaged during a fight. So when this scene played out and Emet-Selch tosses the gun down next to the WoL, I immediately imagined him saying, "Oh, I fixed your gun. No need to thank me."

This only empasises even more what would I found absolutely hilarious about the original scene: By no means does he actually require the use of a firearm, he could literally just point at Graha and it could have the same effect, this is purely Emet being extra, aka him being himself.
