ASMR: Spectacle Appraisal w/ SRP Dickinson

Welcome this ASMR spectacle appraisal roleplay that has an unintentional ASMR feel to it (hopefully).
Your spectacles are housed in a beautiful wooden case and I'll inspect each pair individually ready for a cash offer.

What is ASMR? According to Wikipedia:
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

Another extraordinary piece of work, my dear doctor! My most favorite part was right at the beginning, when you were gracefully and lovingly expressing your appreciation for the beauty of the box. Watching your fingertips glide slowly and carefully along the perimeter of the box, stroking and caressing the wood with such tenderness, whilst your silken voice extols the fine craftsmanship involved in its creation…this combination is almost intoxicating for me. I could watch you examine that wooden box for hours. Might you consider something like this for a future video? Or perhaps examining, inspecting, and/or repairing ANY object that you particularly cherish or find interesting, while quietly describing your observations and/or actions as you go, in that gorgeous voice of yours? These sorts of very focused and very methodical actions, accompanied by quiet descriptions, are enormously triggering for me, and perhaps for many of your other viewers as well! Dr. SRP, today you reeeally got your "Go to bed now children" voice going, don´t cha? Seriously, by the end of the first third, I can hardly keep my eyes open!
And, this video indeed gave my a whole new experience: I believe, I know now how a baby feels when it has been given it´s evening milk bottle and put for sleep into it´s comfortable cradle. 😴😴😴 Quite interesting experience that, when you´re actually not a baby anymore...

I'm not sure if this video, in particular, falls underneath the 'unintentional ASMR' sub-genre, but I wanted to say that that is one of the things I enjoy most about your videos. Especially when you perform eye tests on real people, or even when you perform eye tests on the camera. I think this sets you apart from other ASMR creators on YouTube. And obviously, your professional knowledge and expertise both lend themselves to creating a believable environment. Keep it up, SRP!
