This is hilarious because it was acceptable for Brody to get out of control with him first. While the guy on sideline amping him up to do all these moves but as soon as Michael began whooping his ass letting him know he can't whoop him for real it's a problem....

He is very upset with himself at the end because he basically fell into the same rage pit his friend was bringing. He doesn't ever want to be in that place. It is hard to spiritually develop when you visit that place. He is holding himself to a higher standard than his friend.
