Under historical context the strategy employed resonates heavily with old time warfaring strategy. Examples can be observed across large swathes of historical time periods extending regularly into recent history and even present time. North Korea is in essence employing one of the most prevalent tactics created by human conflict ingenuity known only as the infamous "fuck you".
