REOPEN ECONOMY WITHOUT BIG GOV: States should rely on MARKET for coronavirus recovery, NOT bailouts

Todd Staples, President of the Texas Oil and Gas Association, is on the Texas task force assigned to help the state reopen its economy safely. But after watching how Texas oil producers are efficiently responding to the current oil crash, Staples is convinced of one thing during the coronavirus recovery: states should rely on simple and true MARKET demands, NOT on bailouts from big government. That strategy has worked in the oil industry — and everywhere else — time, and time, and time again.

Look at Uruguay as a guide for recovery, Uruguay has been on the rise as much as 5.6% as a once communist-leaning president turned the nation capitalist. As Central American countries saw economic downturn between 2013 and 2014, Uruguay pushed forward to cut regulation and taxes that would encourage business growth. What was once a starving nation of socialists has become a fine example of capitalism creating prosperity. A poverty rate of 36% in 2006 t0 9.7% in 2014 was a decline that did not falter even in the fiscal crash of 2008. LESS GOVERNMENT, MORE FREEDOMS

Mr. Beck I'm an African American conservative and enjoy very much your show and your views I would love to hear you touch upon the topic of reparations for the American citizens from China who weaponized a virus in order to kill off the world's population and also touch upon the issue how Democrats and Republicans but putting money into the big pockets of big business wow the American family only received $1, 200each American family should have received at least a million dollars for the family household since big corporations are receiving trillions and bailed out money as I am a resident of Texas I see no reason why we should not secede from the system government has proved itself to be unworthy and unreliable in this time of crisis . Any American that value their life only for $1, 200 to me is a fool since we know where this thing is headed 50 American government is and will get reparations from China and to me war should always be on the table but with that being said the American citizens should be asking for a million dollars for every American household by Christmas no exceptions now this is something to march for.

We need to open the country again, even if we have to wear protective gear for a while until this crisis has subsided.

Tax all oil imports at 1000% for 3 month so only domestic oil is processed at this time.

Sieze all Chinese assetts and market shares in the name of reparations! Convert all to a new retirement fund to phase out social security.

It seems like the spending of this last stimulus package has been depleted it has not gone to small business needs? Who is approving the payouts and to whom?
