The veggie tales meme explained:

The first picture was the quick veggie tales story of Nathan talking to David after David has Uriah killed
The second picture is the whole story adapted into a veggie tales movie. (I haven't seen it in a while so I forget what it's called)

The VeggieTales meme: Nathan the Prophet tells David a sort of euphemistic story about the rich man with many sheep but steals and slaughters the only beloved sheep of the poor man. VeggieTales somehow tells an even more euphemistic story using rubber ducks for what "really" happened. But I think the joke is that "they're the same picture" is Nathan the Prophet saying to King David "You are that man."
