The chip, also called as Telepathy, is placed in the part of the brain that plans body movements. It recognises a person’s brain activity without requiring physical movement. So that means, the chip will let you control a phone or computer, an AI system, or almost any device, just by thinking.

This is basically made for people who have lost the control of their hands and legs.
