Cash could be $11k since dates are missing. We know the business started in 2020, could be 365 days and (the whole balance will be paid in 30 days). So the cash at the end of summer assuming it's at least 2 months is enough to pay the whole balance. There is no keyword or information about when the person mowed or got paid, only that they did it in 2020 maybe during/ before/almost after... summer which could be enough time to pay full balance.
