I have been testing minimalist wallets for years now, and after testing out so many wallets thoroughly over that time, I can now definitively give you the list of my ten favorite minimalist wallets I have ever used. So here they are!

I’ve been using the Carbon Fiber Ridge wallet for a few years now. I really like it, however, moving cards in and out of it eventually scratch the strip on your cards to where you’ll need to get them replaced. Other than that, I still am using the wallet.

Just a suggestion if keep ridge as one category and talk about the different materials. They are the same but materials and color shouldn't change where on the list it stands.

I guess what I’ve never understood about the minimalist wallet crowd is the complaint about low storage capacity. Who the hell is walking around with more than 4 or 5 cards in a wallet? What kind of life do you live? And if you do need 15+ cards, why are you trying to go minimalist? Get a giant ass wallet.

This complaint has never made sense to me.

Good video. I would have liked more if there is more information on advantages and disadvantages of all the wallets. Like for example using ridge wallet when you are in a shop, if you card is in the middle of the pack, you will have to take out every card and find for your right one and all the cards are clearly visible to everyone around. And does Eskster wallet offers warranty on the wear and tear for paying such a high price. Thanks

I bought the Ekster card holder in black and the first year the silicone strap began to rip and I had to ask for a replacement which they did replace. However it only has a 1 year warranty, don't know if they changed that or not. Now at nearly 3 years, it has quickly begun to annoy me, as it has started to show a bunch of scratches, a few nicks, and the silicone strap has again began to tear. I personally find it hard to recommend as it is right now, but if they changed the design of the backing plate/cash strap, as well as the warranty especially since I paid around $90 when I originally bought it.

Missed the OG minimalist wallet — I’ve had mine since the kickstarter back in 2015 (IIRC) — The Decadent Minimalist. I have the original aircraft aluminum (milled from solid block), but they have lots of choice, up the to]he spendy Titanium Damascus. Best wallet I ever had.

I have tried 6 of these and none have moved me from my Chums. I am on my second Chums. I go to the gym 5 times a week and they use a qr code for entry. I can use the from without taking out the card. I also carry a small multitool inside and maybe once or twice a month I carry my charge all while having 8 cards I keep. I do not have keys for cars so can carry two keys (home and bike lock) on the key right.

I'm a gamer and I subscribe to the Angry Joe Show channel. He has a wallet with Ekster and gave a code to get it for under 60 bucks. I feel like this is a good price for these wallets. I really like it and the red and black is cool.

Do you still use that carbon fiber Aurora version???? I have a challenge for you, I'm looking for a minimalist wallet that holds 8 or 9 cards and cash, the difficult part is that i don't want to have to fold my cash more than once and it can't be visible from the outside of the wallet

If you haven't tried it, I suggest the Akeeni Xsto wallet. Very good design and you can order it for different card capacities.

I’m looking for a wallet that doesn’t destroy my cards. My ridge wallet is destroying my credit cards numbers are rubbing off, plastic film pealing off . I want a wallet where my cards are not rubbing together
