I've used this pie recipe 3 years in a row. I come back to this video every time. I do make one adjustment, it is a little sweet for my taste so instead of 4 cups of sugar I put 3 1/2 a small tweak for my personal preference but still a great recipe. One other thing I do is instead of 3 deep dish pie shells I get 2 deep dish and 2 regular to make 4 pies instead of 3!
