Single Leg X Guard to Kneebar Setup

This is one of my setups I use from the single leg X guard to apply a kneebar submission. I show two views from the front and rear to show my grips and movement with my legs. Control in the single leg X is vital first, once you have established that, then you can move on to other sequences you have.
