Michal Rovner | Night

In response to the current malaise of world politics, world-renown artist Michal Rovner spent long nights in dark fields, filming jackals with equipment used by security, military, and surveillance cameras.

The artist reflected on issues of identity and dislocation through the resultant body of works, “Night”, a series of enigmatic video-frescoes reflecting on the fragility of human experience.
