When i have a mental shifts and i see a mirror, it suddenly stop idk why, maybe because i realize i am not into a animal body?.. i really dont know.

i've only ever caught 1 shift on camera, and i COULDN'T STOP ROLLING AROUND 😭 i eventually layed down for a solid minute and then i just randomly got up and went off camera (i dont have any memory of what i was doing 🥲) when the shift finally ended, i was covered in dirt lol
