The video is not wrong. It would probably net you the amount of the priority job. But... Don't forget that the Nightclub has the absolute best passive income both in club revenue as well as the warehouse procurements. Do the Cayo Perico heists from the Kosatka (cheapest business and best netting overall) in between and you'll get the most dollar per hour. You're welcome.

You don't need any money to be a VIP they changed it a while back and made it free so you can make a brand new fresh account or character and register as a VIP without owning anything.

Just a question would it be to late to make a second character cause i was gonna make one about 6mths ago but with gta 6 coming out would it still be worth it to make a 2nd character?

Honestly, I do not like the Cayo Perico Heist. The main reason is, the setup missions are highly annoying. I hate the scoping out mission on the island, the rest is ok. I'd rather run the Clucking Bell Raid the whole day in a chain, as the setup missions are short, fun and not annoying.
