I'm a Dakota/oglala Sioux/part German and I always LOVED martial arts hence my name. I been in it for 2 decades and I always always believed if martial arts was part of our native American history, we'd be just as good as the Asians and others. I remember I even brought this up to a council member. Some tribes are different, some are accepting of other cultures and some aren't. My unfortunate luck was I had the tribe that was stuck in their ways. I tell him I believe martial arts should be taught and trained to native Americans not just for better protection but as a culture sharing and such. He looked me dead in the eyes and said "we don't do that Chinese thing here" I was so stunned. Woooow racism right off the bat. I wanted to argue that it's exactly what Bruce Lee fought for. For everyone to know it and spread it but they were to stubborn to listen so I didn't even try. But I stand by my case. Martial arts should be taught EVERYWHERE to everyone.

This is the tv show that Bruce Lee's idea and then gave it to a person that knows nothing about chinese martial arts.😅

This was entertainment in
the 70's when it was on television, as was all the
shows during the "ninja craze"
But too many couldn't separate
fictional entertainment from
real world combat.
I enjoyed the indiana jones
where the evil swordsman

sword and i. jones put one
shot in the breadbasket and
ended the fight right then
