Big Data - Challenges & Opportunities for Human Health

Supported by the Li Ka Shing Foundation, the University joined forces with Stanford University to host the Oxford-Stanford Conference on Big Data on 28/29 November 2012. The first event of its kind to be held anywhere, the two day conference concluded that we are poised for a revolution in the way society understands disease and treats patients in the 21st century.
