Most of the info was correct. But income plays a role to get loans from the bank but type and price of property also plays a big role to get your loan approved through banks. I am having a 60000 annual salary in Germany but have got 1.1 millions of loans on different properties where as I myself paying almost 1100 monthly to banks rest almost 3300 Euro monthly is being paid through the rents from those properties. In other words your salary plays a role but depends upon the property and purchase price to get your loan approved through the banks
