He's literally broken every agreement. There's no way out for him unless he leaves Ukraine.

He fired 100 missiles at Ukraine yesterday. Hardly the act of someone willing to negotiate

He has a way out. It’s the entire eastern border of Ukraine. He just needs to cross back over it and he is out.

Putin's way out is easy: Study Hitler's last day.

peace with russia is like a cannibal asking if you want to keep you arms or your legs (for now! )

If Putin gets a "cease fire", then it just gives him time to reload.

The war costs 300 million Americans about 0, 60 usd per day.
That 60ct can't be too much for freedom and democracy.

Putin HAS a way out.

Pull out of all Ukrainian territory. Pay war reparations to Ukraine. Hand himself and all other war criminals over for trial.

It's not a way that ends well for him, but it's a way out for Russia. Keep up the pressure until this happens, whether through Ukrainian victory on the battlefield or Russia disintegrating.

Do not give Putin 1 inch of land. That’s foolish, just encourages Putin to do it again.

Slava Ukraine ..from Canada .. thank-you USA and other countries for not allowing a bully to take whatever they want by force ...

Putin wants to keep the entire eastern part of Ukraine in his peace talks. The West should tell Putin, very loudly, that Russian troops should leave all of Ukraine and pay reparations.

Watching from Europe: The people in Europe didn‘t really care so deeply about Ukraine UNTIL Selensky appeared on their TV screens and he became a real hero standing strong and leading his brave people against BIG Russia. This Hero is what from day one united all Europe and the world against Russia.

I am not a John Bolton fan but he is highly intelligent and I accept what he is saying is correct...

No he's not looking for a way out. Anyone who thinks that assumes they are dealing with someone who has some kind of logic and is at least of sane mind.

"Somebody is going to have to pay for it." Important point.

why does he need a way out? He could tell the Russian people anything he likes and they will accept it. We shouldn't be trying to compromise for this man.

If Putin wants to end this war - easy - just pull ALL your troops out of all Ukraine territory and back into Russia where they belong and offer compensation for all the needless destruction of Ukrainian cities and civilian deaths.

Russia to date hasn't offered anything to encourage Ukraine to negotiate, beyond ultimatums of 'more of the same to come', if Ukraine keeps fighting.

Problem is, if Ukraine stops fighting, accepts some Minsk III deal, it's inevitable that Russia will violate it in the future, like they've done to so many other treaties.
