I was in La Plagne a week ago during the school holiday it was full of people everywhere, and it's impressive to see how empty the slopes are in mid December, and the snow seems good, perfect condition !

Four weeks from today if Plan A had worked I'd have been doing that tunnel run - no disco music. Sometime in the future if Plan B works, I'll be going there. But I won't be wearing the Nordica Dobermans, as I'm going to Chester on Wed to drop them off at Ellis Brigham for recycling, and will then try on a few pairs of comfort fitting beginner boots when I'm there.

I will be going to La Plagne for a week in January, and have already purchased a GoPro Hero 11. May i ask what your preferred settings are?

Nice empty slopes probably due to this being filmed on 19 December, so lucky to have so much snow. I like La Pagne and have been there 3 years in a wow. Inversens is a good run, but can vary a lot in its degree of difficulty depending on snow conditions. It can get very mogul filled and icy at times, making it quite challenging. Tunnel is a bit of a motorway. It is relatively easy to ski all the way through the tunnel without ever doing a pole plant (when approaching the tunnel or in it), when there is no one else around who might get in your way.
