Regarding the problem that you mentioned that the camera cannot be leveled, we recommend removing the matte box for use, as RS 4 currently does not support the installation of a matte box. Due to the hardware limitations of RS 4, the screen of the camera body does not support viewing the image transmission screen. It is recommended that you monitor the screen through the mobile phone APP.

Given that the camera's installation position might differ each time you set it up, there's a possibility that the gimbal could experience shakes when it reaches certain angles or encounters specific scenes. To make sure you achieve the optimal stabilization outcome every single time you use it, we strongly recommend that you conduct an automatic calibration procedure immediately after each installation.
