I own a fair amount of pearl jewelry but tend to forget about them or hesitate to wear as I’m afraid it will seem too “stuffy”. But this video has inspired me to get it back out and start wearing it more! Also have some vintage brooches that I haven’t worn in years - getting those out as well! As a pearl jeweler and specialist, I absolutely love to see what you say on pearl trends. I agree with you the pearls happening these days are more of a twist and more chic style combined with gold metals, graduated sizes, and more keshi pearls are in the picture. But also I see more and more demand on natural purple freshwater colour and golden south sea pearls.❤ Awesome video Audrey

Brooches are fantastic! They're maybe a bit more unexpected than rings or necklaces which means they add more personality. I love going through my collection and deciding what brooch to add to my outfit - I've not yet tried wearing more than one!

I'm a kid of the 80's and I remember all the oversized statement pins...many of them were found in my mother's jewelry box. Wish I had a few of them now that she's past on! I think the huge chunky chains and pearls in general are classic if you pair them with your own personal style. I like pearls with my leather jacket and chains with a lady-like dress, lol...that's the 80's new waver coming out in me.

Just yesterday I wore my pearls. I haven’t worn them in a long time. Sometimes I feel like they’re so precious that I need to wait for a special occasion. My dad bought them for my grandmother in Japan in the 1950’s. Maybe 1953? Yesterday I thought, I really should wear them more often, they are just so beautiful. 😍😍. Great video. 🥰
