The BEST Loadout In Helldivers 2 (Advanced Guide)

Here are my thoughts on what I think is the best loadout in Helldivers 2. I cover the best primary and secondary weapons as well as grenades and I also cover what I think are the Best stratagems.

What is your favorite Stratagem in Helldivers 2?

If you get the angle correct, the G-16 Impact can destroy the bot factories like the rest. Also, when the factory opens its doors to release new bots you can lob a grenade in that way and it will blow up.

I run the same loadout, but with a shield generator pack instead of a sentry. The shield has more health than you think and regenerates in a couple seconds. Most importantly, it completely stops you from getting stunned, rag-dolled, or killed in an unlucky scenario. It feels mandatory against automatons, and lets you shrug off bug hordes while finishing objectives.

You can actually destroy the robot factories with the impact grenade. When the doors open to deploy troops, you need to throw it in there and it will go boom!

If youre using the impact grenade on automonton factories aim for the door when the bots are coming out or when it opens

The Jar-5 Dominator is great for hitting weak spots, the devs said explosive rounds do 100% more damage to weak spots. If you break a charger leg and hit it with the Jar-5, it destroys.

Also impacts do close factories, you just gotta hit the perfect spot or throw it in the doorway instead!

Leveled up to lvl 9 yesterday, and I’ve been saving my money for good stratagems at lvl 10, this video was perfect

I believe those weapons with the incindery stats are DOT weapos and slows targets as fire does do damage.

the 110mm rocket Eagle strike is actually pretty good, its like the laser and Rail cannon where it targets the nearest large enemy.

EMS mortar is the best CC tool stratagem out there. It’s 100x easier to deal with hordes of enemies when half of them are moving like snails. It has crazy range and ammo, too. I often take it without any other damage sentries since it’s so good on its own (although it combos with the normal mortar well)

I've been using the explosive liberator quite a bit. I thought it would be stronger, but I do notice that it will "knockback" or stun the smaller baddies.

The Rover Dog is one of the best to have for helldive on bug planets as it will keep those little critters off your back when your trying to run away and dealing with a titan/charger.

Slugger is actually good, despite being light armor penetrating it does good damage and can actually punch through hive guard armor and strider front plates, the only other primaries that can do that are the liberator penetrator and plas 1 scorcher, jar 5 even being medium armor cant do that for what ever reason, but slugger and defender smg will be my go-to when they inevitably nerf the breaker

Lvl 37. I do self harm or higher and with full clear of every sub objective, lair, and the uranium. This is my horde clear build.

Primary:
Breaker shotgun. It melts things. It’s also weirdly accurate at distance. Nothing else comes close.

Secondary:
Default pistol. The full auto pistol feels nice, but runs out of ammo very fast and you’re not able to get many kills per mag. More kills per mag with the default pistol.

Grenade:
Default grenade. High damage. Reasonable radius. Time delay is the weak link on it. Let it cook if you need to.

Light armor with med perk. Or light with engineering perk (haven’t seen one with engineer perk). Light armor is broken right now. Medium armor is the weakest and light is faster than heavy.

EMS sentry to create space.

Railgun to assist with heavy clear.

Rover for horde clear.

Napalm with upgraded for additional horde clear.

This is obscenely effective. Kills regularly over 600.

Id day the liberator medium armor piercing is the second best primary in the game. Especially when going against bugs. If your going against the t700's you want to go breaker, but the medium liberator deals with the the annoying bus. Im on helldiver difficulty, and running through pretty easy.

Honestly I think the R-63 Diligence is a bit slept on. I can clean a lot of stuff up with it, long as you're accurate it's good.
